We’re delighted to collaborate with Ilkley Literature Festival for a special screening of Alan Bennett’s delightful post-war comedy, filmed in Ilkley and starring Michael Palin and Maggie Smith.
Following the film we will be joined by historian Alexander Ballinger for a post-show talk and Q&A exploring the work of acclaimed costume designer Phyllis Dalton and her contribution to the film. A wonderful opportunity to enjoy a much-loved British comedy and discover more about the artistry behind its memorable costumes.
